Important notice to all our Celebrity Cruises customers:
The computer glitch affecting our credit card payment system has now been resolved.
As of now, all new payments will be in the correct amount and currency and as normal, you can make a new booking and hold cabins for 24 hours without payment.
For anyone who made a credit card payment from Thursday 12pm to Saturday 2pm and was incorrectly charged, our bank will be automatically refunding your credit card in full and then re-applying the correct amount in Australian dollars. We expect this to happen later this week. No further action is required as this will be administered by our bank.
For anyone who made a credit card payment from Saturday 2pm onwards, you may have a holding authorisation on your credit card statement but you have not yet been charged. This will take place in the next 24 hours and will be the correct amount in Australian dollars.
We have extended the payment deadline on all bookings - so your booking will not be cancelled if you don't make payment on time.
